Brisbane

Brisbane's city centre is made up of a blend of historic buildings as well as modern skyscrapers. Prominent buildings are Anzac Square, City Hall, Customs House, Old Government House, Old Windmill, and Parliament House. There is also a wonderful walk along the Brisbane River, which takes you to the fabulous Brisbane Botanic Gardens. Brisbane Casino, once the Old Treasury Building, is a definite must see for its architecture, casino and food. Brisbane's main art gallery, museum and theatre complex can be found in the Queensland Cultural Centre, opposite the city centre next to Victoria Bridge. There are also two breweries in Brisbane, Castle Maine-Perkins-XXXX, Milton Road and The Carlton Brew house. We also offer a cruise on the Brisbane River.

Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort

Whether you are actually participating in the feeding or simply watching from the jetty, you will be overwhelmed by these beautiful creatures. In the mornings the resident pelicans and cormorants also enjoy a bucket or two of fish hand fed to them on the beach. If you pay a visit during the whale migration season between July and the end of October, you will have the opportunity to participate in the regular whale watching cruise when you can catch a close look at these majestic mammals of the sea.
